The Need-to-Know Before You Go

The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open a couple hours before the scheduled gate time. Check out social media for exact times as they vary per show. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Find them in our Rideshare Pickup location next to Lot 1. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 60 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here. 

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth or our cash to card kiosk on the bridge and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE
The Box Office at the Xfinity Center is only open on show days beginning at 1pm and will close at approximately the start of the show as determined by the artist.

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths near both the Woodside and Lotside pavilion entrances. For some events, you’ll find extra booths will be located throughout the venue.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? The Jack Daniels’ designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a special poker chip from guest services and you can enjoy free fountain sodas at any of our drink concessions.

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

TAILGATING
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue.
